At Skin And Senses, we are committed to helping you achieve the beautiful skin you deserve. We will gladly accept the return of any unused item purchased on Skinandsenses.com for store credit. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at info@skinandsenses.com. We understand that things happen so we will gladly issue a store credit for unopened products in original condition within 7 business days from your online purchase less shipping charges or applied discounts. 

+ Promotion codes, and free shipping promotion are considered a discount on the order and the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Promotion codes, free shipping and discounts will not apply to exchanges/refunds.
